How does the Tribute System work?

Each PetHearts medallion is laser-engraved with a unique QR code that links to your pet’s personal tribute page. After your order, you’ll scan the code, and be able to either link to an existing profile or register a new pet profile. Once logged in, you are prompted to add a few key details so we can create your pet's profile for you. You can choose to upload photos, videos, their life story in chapters, and much more. You can make it public or private, and invite friends and family to leave their own tributes. It’s your pet’s story, preserved forever in the cloud.

Will my phone scan the medallion?

Yes - any iPhone or Android camera recognises the QR instantly. No app is needed. You can also share the link to your pets personal tribute page.

When will I receive my order?

Each PetHearts Tribute Kit is custom made with care and engraved just for you. Orders will ship within 4 weeks, and you’ll receive regular updates as your tribute is being crafted. We promise it’s worth the short wait to create something truly lasting, personal, and beautiful in honor of your pet.

What happens if PetHearts goes away?

Your tribute is already prepaid for 10 years as part of the lifetime purchase. We also back it up on an independent network and put the web address in a safety deposit with a neutral company.
