HOW DOES IT WORK?

We've made it as simple as possible.

1. After getting your memory tags, you’ll be prompted to make an account, and create your tribute page on Pethearts — it takes just 5 minutes.
 

2. You are helped to add important things about your pets life to their online memorial: for example a short written tribute, pictures, videos, things they liked and any special memories.

 

3. You can share the tribute with friends and family, and visit it anytime — either by logging in to your account, or by scanning your memory tag with your phone.

 

WHAT ARE THE MEMORY TAGS FOR?

They are small keepsake to place somewhere special — like on a collar, urn, photo frame, or in the garden. When you scan it with your phone, it takes you straight to your pet’s tribute page.

It’s a gentle way to feel close to them, anytime.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE KIT?

We release a small batch number per month of tribute pages and medallions due to the factory capacity. Once you order, your medallion is custom laser engraved to link to your pets tribute platform. You'll get regular updates throughout the entire process

WHAT IF I LOSE THE MEMORY TAGS?

Don’t worry — once you set it up, your tribute stays safe forever. You can still visit your account without the tag. If you ever want a new one, email us and we will replace it for a small fee (unless you have memory tag lifetime warranty which is free replacements).

If it doesn’t help you honour their memory better than anything else you’ve tried, we refund you 100%.
